Dairy Free Irish Cream

Creamy, sweet and delicious! Our plant-based version of Irish Cream is perfect for slowly sipping over ice, adding to cocktails or even to your morning coffee during the holidays.


Yield: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Nuts to You Cashew or Macadamia Cashew Butter

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (ideally full fat)

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed

  • ⅓ cup Irish whiskey

  • ⅓ cup water 

  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until fully smooth and incorporated, about 2 minutes.

  2. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the fridge and consume within a week. Shake before serving as the drink will thicken and some separation may occur.
