White Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites

Whip up these tasty no-bake balls packed with fibre, protein, healthy fats and other nutrients. Perfect for a quick snack or afternoon treat.


Yield: 16 cookie dough bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • ⅓ cup Nuts to You Macadamia Butter

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1¼ cup oat flour

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small pot, melt maple syrup, Macadamia Butter and coconut oil or butter on medium heat. Whisk often until fully melted and well combined, then add vanilla.

  2. Add salt and oat flour, mixing well.

  3. Let sit for 30 minutes to cool down, then add the chocolate chips.

  4. Roll the dough into 16 small balls; each ball will be 1 Tbsp of dough. For the best texture, let the balls sit in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying.

  5. The cookie dough bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
